In January 2000, Jeff, Eddie, and Mark (hence, JEMsite), three friends with a broad combination of experience in construction, engineering, and management, formed a partnership that would provide its clients with a comprehensive approach to their needs.
Jemsite Development was born.
The partners established a business model that has produced over 100 big box and dozens of single and multi-tenant projects to date. The affiliated team of Jemsite Development and Vannoy Construction provides a unique value proposition for efficient and economical project delivery which has supported its growing clientele, both nationally- and internationally-recognized.
